Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Denver

It’s a great place especially for solo traveling, good water pressure and temp, Mini fridge was very convenient , comfy bed just a great place to lay your head when you’re not out exploring Denver. Oh and her guide was super helpful.

Kenneth is a great host, always proactive in checking in, had lovely conversations and was around at the house quite often which was really refreshing. The house invited a lot of friendly people from all around and it had a good communal feel around. The location is good with access to the I-25 The room was basically just the bed and closet so not for spending large amounts of time in I had a great time here

Rebecca is a great host! I spent a great night there and the room was amazing. Would definitely stay again if visiting Denver next time.

Johanna’s place was so cute! We loved our stay. The place was super clean and decor was adorable. Waking up in the trees was a bonus for sure. We were within 10 minutes or so of every attraction we visited in Denver, which was great. Super close to downtown and shopping. The only thing I can say is that the garage and parking space is quite small, I get this is probably the norm for big city life, however if you have a bigger SUV or truck, parking can be challenging. Other than that, it was great and the host was super kind and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A comfy home away from home. What a cozy apartment with a great bed. I slept so well. It is in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. a few nice eating spots close by - Cafe Miriam, Syrup and the best ever - Pete's Kitchen. Close to the zoo and museums in a beautiful park and then a cheap Uber ride to downtown. The hosts sent clear instructions and then were immediately responsive to every message I sent them.

This place was epic and just what we needed. Was super kid friendly with the little playground and backyard. Books, games and toys. Kitchen had everything you could need and basic supplies for coffee and cooking which was much appreciated. AC units kept the whole place cool. Beds were very comfy. Loved the plush spa like towels. Washer and dryer were perfect. Beautiful little home, gorgeous flowers, friendly neighbors and an adorable cat next lives in the house next door and greeted me a time or two on the porch. Shout out to Rosie the cat. 🐈‍⬛

Daphne’s place is private and well kept with easy access to so many wonderful things Denver has to offer. Staying here was such a delight. You can’t go wrong with booking this location.

You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Tonya is the perfect example! She is very thoughtful and definitely went above and beyond. The cookies were such a cute bonus, as well as all the small amenities such as a brita filter.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

Just book it! So quiet and calm. In the center of everything. Really easy to get a Lyft or Lime scooter. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our visit to Denver. The place is perfect walking distance for Empower! We were in town for a concert and it was ideal. Close to restaurants and shops as well. The home was large and spacious, clean and perfect.

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. Just checked out of the condo. Amazing stay. Easy check in and amazing AC. Everything isn’t too far away, and very convenient spot for traffic. Would definitely stay here again!
