Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Absolutely perfect location for me and my family to stay while celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday! It’s centrally located to lots of places, but not on a Main Street where it feels chaotic! Felt like our home after getting to know the neighbors and others in the community. Bathrooms are STUNNING, everything is labeled well and everything you might need is at your finger tips! The beds are SO comfortable and the Bluetooth in the home is a fancy added touch! We loved our stay and if we are back in the area would absolutely stay here again!

This was my first time in Dallas and this air bnb did not disappoint. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The pool and gym were wonderful and LaCorsha was very responsive and helpful. My boyfriend and I were very impressed and happy with our stay. We would deff stay here again

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

This was a great spot to stay just outside of Arlington. Place was super clean and spacious. Would return in the future.

We loved this place. It was very cute and surprisingly large for the location. Loved being able to stay on the square and walk everywhere. We stayed local the entire trip and didn’t have to use our car at all. There was plenty to do in the area and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of it. I would go back and highly recommend.

These hosts are super hosts. And I mean that no in an Airbnb way, but they are amazing at what they do. Super responsive and super friendly. Overall my stay here was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. One thing I’d want everyone to know though is that there are loose dogs from neighbors that are aggressive and chase you, no necessarily hosts fault, but please beware of in-leashed dogs.

This place was perfect for my family! There was plenty of space, we didnt feel crowded at all. We loved the master bedroom/restroom! My kids loved the big back yard and patio area. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay! The house is brand new with beautiful, high-end appliances and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and flexible, which made the experience smooth and easy.l

This house was fantastic. Just like it was described. Two things stood out. The AC was great despite it being a very hot, humid night and the hot water and the water pressure were amazing. Those two items are what I cherish when traveling on the road. Another thing, we parked our truck in the driveway with a lot of valuable parts in the back. In the morning nothing was bothered at all. Other than the neighbors greeting you in the morning it was so quiet and peaceful there. I was very surprised and pleased that there was such a place as this in the Metroplex area.

We loved this home and the owner. Thank you so much. Lots of sweet, extra touches and very accommodating. We had a lovely time celebrating our nephew’s graduation and seeing our family. The grandkids loved the ability to spread out and the games provided. Thank you, Robert.

All around terrific. Pool was perfectly maintained. Easy, short walk to the pond down the hill with really great fishing!! Indoor and outdoor areas were tops. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This was our first time in Ft. Worth and we were there for ZestFest over the Memorial Day weekend at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The location of the house was less than a half mile from the fest and was very walkable. Having a private driveway for parking our rental car was great. We felt very safe at her place. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay and in a great location to get to anywhere around the Ft. Worth area. We want to stay here again when we go to ZestFest in the future..

This was our second time at David's place. Given the opportunity, we would return again.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
