Relax in your private guest suite featuring a cozy bedroom, private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea station. You will have a dedicated front-door entrance for your exclusive use while we use a separate garage entrance. The suite is part of our home, but separated by a room divider and curtains as shown in the listing photos. The location is exceptionally convenient, situated within a 5-minute walk to various grocery stores, pharmacies, and dining.

This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment. It has one bathroom with a shower/bath combination and a washer and dryer. It has a well furnished kitchen, dining table and large closet. It is perfect for extended stays. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We are close to I-35. There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. Well behaved pets are welcome. We use a commercial UV light to sanitize, along with a rigorous cleaning protocol.
