Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Welcome to Chalet des Sources, perched on the village of Plateau-des-Petites-Roches in the heart of the Chartreuse. In the middle of the village, less than 5 minutes walk from the 3 paragliding takeoff, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor and physiotherapist. Covered carport (very convenient for snow. Dining on the village, and small ski resort, walks and snowshoeing or walking from the chalet.

Welcome to mountain lovers! 30 m2 studio with small private terrace. Ideal accommodation for two people. Please note, the bed (160) is located on a mezzanine reached by a steep miller ladder. As a result, the property isn't a good fit for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Linens and towels provided, as well as crocs. As the parking space is small, it won't be possible to come with more than one car. I do not allow pets.
