In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We will be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. Mountains, nature and a spa town, there's a little bit of everything here!

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

Cosy, central apartment in Zwickau with balcony

Feel at home in this unique, lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor. Many pieces of furniture are handmade and invite you to linger. Free parking is available at the front door. The city center as well as parks/supermarkets are within walking distance within minutes. A handmade 1.80 x 2.00 bed awaits you. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The open kitchen-living area invites you to cook. A balcony is available.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Willkommen in deiner Ferienunterkunft -Zentral Smart Apartment-nahe der Zwickauer Innenstadt. Ich begrüße dich in meinem 45 qm großem Apartment in dem du alles finden wirst, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchst. Von hier aus kannst Du in wenigen Minuten die historische Altstadt Zwickaus, Museen wie zb. Das August-Horch Museum, Restaurants, Cafes und Parks erkunden.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.

Apartment am Park

Unser Apartment liegt im EG eines Dreifamilienhauses am Stadtpark von Meerane. Es wurde komplett saniert, ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wird allein genutzt. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
