Unikt 30m2 Tiny House ved søen.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Huset er nyistandsat med adgang til egen terrasse og har det smukkeste udsyn over et ganske særligt landskab. På stjerneklare nætter kan du fra sengen opleve stjernehimlen gennem ateliervinduerne i taget. Om dagen kan du glæde dig over det særlige lys som beliggenheden tæt på hav og fjord kaster over landskabet. På højdedraget bag ved huset er der det fineste udsyn over Limfjorden og landet bag. Der er ikke langt til fjorden, hvor der er gode badeforhold og turen dertil er virkelig smuk.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Helt unik bolig lige ved vandkanten. Meget rolige omgivelser i lille landsby. Her er der mulighed for afslapning med skøn udsigt til søen og den omkring liggende natur. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
