Fantastiske 197 m2 nybygget sommerhus med plads til sjov og forskellige aktiviteter. Huset byder på faciliteter, som bordfodbold, bob, brætspil, fodboldmål og trampolin. Man kan nyde vejret på husets tre terraser, eller gå en tur ned til stranden som ligger 200 m. fra huset. Er man til afslapning på sofaen, kan man læse en bog fra boghylden eller se tv. Lovely new house with large terrace and plot.. 800 m to fantastic beach (Ristinge/Hesselbjerg). Sandy bottom and shallow - perfect for kids. The house has a large garden with berry bushes and fruit trees. Various games, badminton nets and rackets and paddleboard. Small sandbox. Garden is partially fenced, unpretentious view. Lots of birds and deer. Fish can be purchased at the harbor in the grate. Lovely nature and many good experiences. Perfect for families with children and nature lovers
