Lux house as described. Very accommodating for large group, secure parking on site. Clean and quiet area. Short drive to local shops/restaurants. Host response time on point. Would highly recommend this property !

Sabita’s place was a delight - better than the photos. The rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. Each room has an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need - dishes, cups and cutlery; also basic cooking supplies and lots of appliances. Sabita was kind enough to provide water, fruits and some crackers when we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located - close enough to Georgetown and to the East Coast. Gift land Mall is very close and Movietown Mall is closeby also. The place is very secure so we felt safe. Sabita met us when we arrived to show us around and wanted to do a walk through when we left. We were sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye as Sabita is a very nice and easy going person. She was very easy to contact and checked in regularly. There were a few friendly street dogs around. Please feed them if you can.

We had a wonderful stay and definitely will rebook upon our return to Guyana, ECD area. The supermarket below the unit was convenient for picking up snacks, beverages, and exchanging of USD to local currency. Dero and Seema were accessible, friendly, helpful, kind, and responsive. We especially love the veranda breeze, AC bedrooms, and quick access to taxi. We had everything we needed and felt safe. Many thanks Seema for all your help and for making our stay enjoyable!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was exactly as pictured, situated in a secure and charming village. I truly appreciate the host's effort in making our stay so comfortable, from the thoughtful arrangements to the attention to our needs. Really enjoyed my stay at Orlando’s place. Easy to find, great location right beside a supermarket. Taxis close by and easy access with great A/C in bedrooms! Will stay here again! All the amenities you need for a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family at Kimberly's place.I liked the location which was close to grocery stores and restaurants and close enough so that I was able to visit relatives daily during my stay. The decor was attractive , the appliances were modern, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Kimberly responded promptly when the internet went out, although it was discovered that the problem was regional and not specific to Kimberly's place. I am already planning to book this apartment next year when I return to visit my relatives.

Dwayne's superhost designation is well deserved. He communicated well, was readily available and responsive. The property was as advertised. I anticipate periodic trips to Guyana and will make Dwayne's property my 1st choice for accomodations.

I enjoyed my stay at the appartment , i also enjoy the room and aircondition and the kitchen , not so much thrilled about the bathroom and living room area .

Gail and her husband ensured we had everything for a midnight snack upon arrival and breakfast. I felt like I was at home. Great place if you are looking for peace and quiet when vacationing.

Enjoyed our stay at Lexton’s place. Originally booked a hotel for a week. The hotel was unclean, did not have washcloths, and not at all worth what we paid. So grateful that lexton had availability and accepted our last minute request. The house was only a few minutes away and Provina immediately send coordinates for us to locate the place. Moving to his place immediately turned our trip around and we were immediately more comfortable and at peace. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Also enjoyed the fact that there was a stove for quick meals. Netflix and YouTube came in handy for lazy days when we just wanted to lounge and catch up on shows. The area was pretty walkable and we walked to the mall and the neighborhood convenient stores a few times. I felt safe and comfortable and would definitely return. One minor comment (not even a real complaint) is how noisy the upstairs neighbors could get. Sounded like they were always marching or moving furniture. This was only during the daytime.

Great place … very spacious.. and it was in walking distance to either Markets . Lots to see and do and local transport is just a walk out on the street . I would stay again
