Holiday rentals with a patio in Demerara-Mahaica

The Pictures does not do the place justice. It is Huge! It’s on the top floor. (My preference)This Airbnb is located is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s has a security on premises 24/7. The house inside is huge. Ideal for a large family trip. The self contained rooms were a plus. Just had a minor hiccup that the host and I were able to talk about. She is very responsive and helpful. It’s worth the money! Will stay again.

My stay at Patrick’s place was very comfortable and peaceful. His place was clean, and felt very much at home. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guyana.

This was a great location and convenient to the parade route, riverwalk, shopping, and restaurants. The host, Jeremy, is very involved with communication, coordination, and ensuring that we had a successful trip The house manager, Chillean, was always accessible and help to provide additional hands-on guidance and referrals We rented the 3rd floor w/ rooftop and a couple rooms on the 2nd floor. Each room had independent air conditioning. The place was very clean w/ private sleeping quarters and a plethora of lounge and hanging spaces. I would definitely refer others and/or utilize this home if we visit Georgetown again!!!

This is my forth stay here so you can imagine it’s worth it everytime.. host is always friendly and quick to respond to anything I need.. great area with parking and safe.. definitely Recommend

I rented the apartment for 4 months, and it was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a long-term stay. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout my time there. The apartment was well furnished and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a functional AC. The location was very convenient, located near the airport and the main road. I was flying at the Airport during my stay, and the quiet environment made it easy to focus and get to work ASAP. What stood out was Kempe's attention to detail and responsiveness. Anytime I had a question or minor request, it was handled quickly. Like getting the best rate for currency exchange, and finding a good taxi rate lol. Overall, he provided a welcoming experience. I highly recommend this place, or any other rentals that are associated with Kempe.

It was nice to be met at the house in person and showed around by Marvalyn who is so friendly & helpful. This is a very spacious home which was well equipped. Providing bottled water, dishwasher tablets, soap powder, shower gel, toothpaste and mouth wash was such a generous and thoughtful addition. Our family felt very comfortable there and would definitely come back there again. I highly recommend Benn’s Bivouac to others.

Great choice for Georgetown. Very close to Marriott and Chang’s restaurant for meals. We stayed three nights. There is a problem with most windows with broken handles and poorly fitting frames prevent opening , one internal door links to another apartment’s bathroom which felt strange when it was being used but neither unduly affected our stay. As stated in description no hot water in bathroom but can use kettle to provide for washing etc.

Niki was an Excellent host and her property was very comfortable and felt like home. We will definitely book her again.

I love this house and location and I am very happy about everything, this house is very comfortable and secured,a/c is cool and nice, kitchen and living room very spacious , walking distance to supermarket and food place , very easy to move around. Mr Mo checked on us very often,I feel like I am at home with no concern nor complain. If next time I will come back right here again. Thank you Mr Mo and Airbnb

Lyndon was very hospitable, friendly, accommodating and is a fantastic host. His Quick responses, clear communication and extra attention to little details, made the stay there very comfortable. The house is super spacious and was a perfect fit for our family of 8. Everyone had their own space, and with so many amenities, it makes it feel like home. The home is close to two malls, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, the coast, and a downtown market, yet far away enough to have quiet afternoons and evenings. We would definitely stay there again.
