House holiday rentals in Delta

This is a great place to stay! There was so much room! We had 6 adults and 2 little kids. Everyone could either congregate inside or outside or do their own thing. The game room was a great feature. We had some fun family competitions! The pool was so nice to escape the heat, then a dip into the hot tub before heading back inside at night was great! If you have a chance to stay here, don’t pass it up!

Maria’s place always delivers. It’s quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Instructions were clear and concise. Plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the weather and views from the pool. We played a few golf courses in the area, which were super close to the house. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect spot for 2 families to share! Very family friendly and the most beautiful backyard.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked playing basketball too! We didn’t want to leave!

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

Perfect location for multi family, multi location reunion as it was just down the street from two of our other homes. Sledding hill was a plus for the non-skiers @ the house. Host response tremendously timely & helpful. Accomodations very comfortable for everyone & appreciated the ample amount of amenities, especially the generous amount of Keurig cups. Overall made our family reunion stellar!

Wonderful place. The park across the street is great for kids and dogs. Great shade. The inside of the house is just beautiful. We came off a long camping trip and felt like the house was paradise. Clean and well stocked. The shower was amazing. We will book here again!

Felt right at home. Had everything from the Mountain View’s, bright night sky, peace and quiet, what else could you ask for? I really needed this escape from the city and Texas in general. Rejuvenated my mental state for sure. Really want to move to Colorado and after this trip, I will consider more options to make it happen.

The view of the first sunset set the tone for a great weekend with my daughter and family. The home was clean and located perfectly for our outdoor adventures. Each day we enjoyed the sunrise from the other side of the house as we used the kitchen for most meals. Well appointed and large enough to meet our needs with a breakfast island that allowed conversation while preparing and eating our meals. It was a wonderful adventure we will do again.

We had a wonderful stay, the views from the deck are spectacular. So close to so many beautiful trails up in Grand Mesa. The home is so spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. Dylan is very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the Cedaredge area.

Norm was very welcoming and always available to meet any needs we had. He was very personable and has a lot of knowledge of the area. Super host! We loved our stay and would come again. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing There is a wonderful large yard with an outside grill and seating. I would highly recommend this home away from home !

This place was fantastic! Brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. If you are a mountain biker, book this place! It's central to all the trails. I can't wait to come back!

This was a beautiful stay. Definitely felt like home away from home. It was nice to get up and drink a cup of coffee and see the deer through the window. At night enjoy one can enjoy a nice evening outside and cuddled up with a blanket by the fire. My family and I came down for our neice College Graduation in Grand Junction which is only a 32 min drive. While the rest of the family stood in hotels we had the best experience staying at Thomas place. What I loved the most is that they had more that what traditional AirBnB offers. Thank you for being amazing host and quick with responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

For a gal's weekend, this was perfect! There were 9 of us, and we appreciated all of the sleeping areas. The open concept for the kitchen and dining room/living room areas was great. We hung out on the deck, cooked, played games, cross country skied and hiked up on the Mesa, and had a wonderful time. Monica's instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was generous and offered us a late check-out since it was not their busy time of year, and we sooooo appreciated getting to extend our stay by a few hours. We also appreciated that there were some Britta filters that we could use for our water. Gorgeous views!!

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was absolutely beautiful and the highlight of our week long road trip. The bed was comfortable, all necessary amenities were available, and we cannot say enough about the views. This place was serene and beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again.

Kelly’s home is in a very peaceful location. The mountain views are amazing. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Very clean. Lots of house plants and flowers. The sunroom has the mountain views and is a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading your favorite book. We enjoyed our stay very much. So much beautiful nature to explore. Recommend Kebler Pass, McClure Pass and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Driving to the top of the Grand Mesa is also a must! Absolutely beautiful! Take a picnic! Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

This was a great place to base from during our Colorado trip. The duplex is immaculate, private, and well appointed. Very convenient to downtown Montrose and the many adventures nearby. Luz was a fantastic host and super responsive throughout the process. This will be at the top of the list for next time!
