Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We live on the ground floor. It offers on 70sqm two bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds), a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a large bathroom. Boke is an idyllic village located directly on the Lippe with about 2500 inhabitants. It is excellent for its beauty as a Lippegolddorf. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket with all the necessities of the day.

The guest area with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

This stylish 2-room + kitchen + bathroom apartment is perfect for one to a maximum of 4 people, also with a child. The apartment is 60 square meters and is located on the second floor with a lockable floor door. A quiet location and the view of the countryside complete the stay. The apartment is fully equipped and offers sleeping space for 4 people. A queen size double bed 140 x 200 and a sofa bed 140 x 195. A travel crib for toddlers is also provided.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

My Mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.
