The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

Nestled in the woods, The Porch is a peaceful, private retreat—a cozy canvas tent with two porches and an outdoor shower beneath the trees. Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The tent is tucked into 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
