Great little condo in a quiet neighborhood! Most things were provided, and the host was always very responsive. It was hot during our stay, and the ac and fans worked well. Kitchen also had every appliance you can think of. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the noise of ATL in a fully furnished unit.

Stayed here with my daughter for a youth event downtown. Easy to get to and from. Super walkable with great places to eat destinations nearby. Would absolutely stay here and again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Excellent Stay Near Perimeter Circle – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at Jerod’s Airbnb near Perimeter Circle! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed during my trip. Jerod was a fantastic host he was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. He made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt right at home. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Brittany’s place was lovely. It was very clean and close to everything. There were more than enough seasonings to use as well. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, Good price, Good area. Getting out of the parking garage/ elevator is a little tricky without a key, But possible

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night and 2 days. We did have trouble getting to the right apartment as our gps was giving us another building but Daeja was very helpful with leading to the correct area. She was also very quick to respond if we needed any help with checking and parking. The place is clean and quiet. 10/10 would recommend! Hope to come back again :)

Svetlana's place was absolutely perfect for our recent trip with some friends and their kids! The house layout was spacious and accommodated three families with small children comfortably. It was very clean and such a relaxing home base for our trip. It was so kid friendly with everything provided to make staying with kids easier. The kids especially loved the downstairs playroom and spent most of their time there. It was very helpful that it was on a separate floor since they could play first thing in the morning and not worry about waking up other families. The kitchen was laid out well and so spacious that it could handle the adults cooking breakfast together in the mornings. Loved the way everything was decorated and there was enough space to put everything we packed. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Charming place, very well-kept and we had a great sleep here during a long, long trip. The only caveat is you might find the driveway a little tough to navigate if you have a long truck with a trailer.

Apartment was cute and cozy. Smart TVs in all the rooms made sure we had entertainment at all times. All basic amenities were provided. I would have liked to see some some nut free coffee creamer options due to a nut allergy but I also did not ask for the specific accommodation. Also be mindful this is in a neighborhood and is someone's house. The occupants upstairs were loud with their footsteps past quiet hours. The patio was GORGEOUS and the beds were comfortable! It rained our stay so we couldn't enjoy the outside fire pit or patio. Overall it was a great stay for a friendsmas! definitely do recommend!

Very clean and nice place to stay. Loved it

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

The place was gorgeous and cozy. I actually felt “at home”. It’s very inviting, the plants are gorgeous, the air was crisp… 10/10 with no complaints. I will definitely be booking again.

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.
