I spent over 2 months at this beautiful condo. The condo is only couple blocks away from the beach. It looks exacly like the photos in here. Very clean, bright and tastefully designed. The pool, the gym and the sauna is a big plus. Only 15 minutes away from Boca Town center. There is 24/7 concierge in the building. You park your car on the same floor. (Very convenient) The apartment has all the cooking utensils. Great place for couples. Also Michelle is a great host. She responds everything very quickly. I recommend this condo to everyone. Thank you again Michelle.

Viviana is an excellent host. She gave us clear and precise instructions. Very clean, comfortable, I felt right at home. I highly recommend it! We'll be back to spend more time!

We were very pleased with our unit, its size as well as the housekeeping. The resort was amazing with many activities to keep us busy. The walking paths were excellent and enjoyable. The local golf courses were great. Overall a great vacation and we will be back.

I loved how easy it was to book and how friendly the host was . I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a great stay with an amazing view of the area . 100/10

El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo y el personal muy amable. Es incómoda la regla de ingresar a las 16hs. En la salida el hotel nos guardó valijas y siempre fueron muy amigables. La vista de la habitación es genial!! Volveremos!

Vicky was very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. We were in town for the Pegasus horse racing at Gulfstream. Her place was conveniently located with great views and felt very safe. Unfortunately, we had a cold rainy few days and couldn't take advantage of the beautiful property. As noted in the description there is a separate resort fee and valet parking fee that is collected by the building. I don't think you can self park. We would stay there again if in the area.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Cindy war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen.

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado en Sunny Isles y super bien equipado. El lugar estaba muy limpio. La cochera también está muy bien ubicada, cerca del acceso al edificio. Sin dudas un departamento para recomendar.

Ese departamento es un sueño. Viaje varias veces a Miami pero este piso 34 fue algo de locos!!! La verdad increíble. Es súper cómodo, equipado, bello enorme, éramos 8 adultos y estuvimos perfectos. El edificio es hermoso y todos los servicios son geniales. Y obviamente lo mejor de todo, la maravillosa vista, era de ensueños!!! Volveremos!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb for five nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing place! The location was absolutely perfect, being directly across the street from beach access with quiet neighborhoods perfect for walking! The house was clean & perfect for a couples getaway! I hope to make a trip back in the future and would definitely stay here again. And the price was a steal!!

We had a wonderful stay! Nicolas is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and taken care of. Adriana, the apartment manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is right across the street, and it's also conveniently close to Aventura and other great shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

El adepartamento es muy lindo, tal cual lo descripto y mas, tenia todos los elementos para cocinar y limpiar necesarios. La vista es increíble. Viajo siempre a Miami y esta es mi primera vez en este apartamento, sin dudas volvería a ir. El anfitrión se comunicó hasta para avisarme que irían a limpiar vidrios y no tuvo problemas en que ingresemos bien temprano a la mañana. La vista es increíble, invaluable, el edificio tiene todos los servicios, la pileta espectacular. Todo el personal amable, hasta recibieron mis paquetes de amazon sin costo. Gran estadía!!!
