This place is Beautiful, clean, quiet and felt like a home away from home. It's hard to leave here, the setting and the location are ideal. The bed is super comfortable, the shower feels like a spa. I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

pompano is an amazing city to visit and Josh place is prime for a great walk to the beach close to great restaurants a true home away from home experience needless to say to the point I didn’t want to leave but in all I would definitely recommend if you want a oasis feel that charm of the city eatery this is the place I would recommend to get for your stay a true heaven feel .

Perfect location for Wilton Drive nightlife! If you’re planning to enjoy the bars on Wilton Drive, this spot is ideal—Eagle, Hunters, and Drynk are just steps away. The one-bedroom unit is very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities you need. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Great value and a fantastic stay overall!

Amazing team and responsive to our needs. Despite having to reset our breaker every time we showered because the boiler had a connection issue, everything else went smoothly. They even offered to switch rooms but it wasn’t really a big issue to transfer rooms. I would 100% stay again!

Great stay. Room is spacious and clean. The property has everything on it: restaurants, pools, a club, ice cream parlor, spa and is steps away from the beach! Owner was super kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s. It was very clean and functional. Plus, it was wonderful that we could bring our dog. It was very convenient to downtown, the beachfront, as well as access to great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a blast at the house. The pool was lovely and all the surroundings - gardens, tiki bar etc were really beautiful. Lots of places to have space and privacy with our family. All the beach gear you would need as well. We especially loved being able to have a quick kayak around the canals. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our big family of 13—including 5 kids. It’s very family-oriented and child-friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also amazing—just minutes from Target, Walmart, Aldi, Sprouts, Dollar Tree, and lots of great food options, so everything we needed was close by. The hosts were very responsive to messages and made our stay completely hassle-free. The house had one high chair, one crib, and one pack and play, which was super helpful. But if you’re traveling with multiple small children, you may want to bring extras just in case. The house has beautiful natural lighting throughout, which we loved—but if you have little ones who nap during the day, I’d recommend bringing blackout curtains and a portable white noise machine to help them sleep better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

This space was very accommodating to our family of 8! Having access to the beach chairs umbrellas, coolers, and pool floaters was really convenient. Loved that there was a high chair and games/toys for our little one. The pool was really nice.

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of three. The space had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Location was great and the backyard was private as we only had to share it with the bungalow for a couple nights of our stay! The home was very clean and backyard was beautiful. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. This place is quiet and in such a convenient location. Everything is walkable! Also, it’s just as cute as the pictures. 10/10!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

my family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on the channel! Marilyn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our requests multiple times during our stay. we will hopefully be back soon! Things we loved: • the location is absolutely unbeatable!! • grilling on the patio was super easy and fun • the showers are super high quality and enjoyable • all of the beds, the couches, the hammock chair, and lounge chairs are such great quality and very comfortable • having Netflix and the large flat screen was a great amenity • we were really thankful to have the beach chairs, the umbrella, and the pump for beach toys • the air conditioning worked great • the pool is amazing and a great temperature • the amount of dishware available for cooking is great • the lighting throughout the house was lovely • having a trash can with a closed lid! • large fridge and freezer and kitchen counter space! • both bathrooms have fans! • decorations are tasteful 💫

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !
