We had a wonderful time here. The house and garden are so beautiful and so lovingly designed. It is quiet and very idyllic, and the surroundings are great for walks. The house has everything you need and communication with Žofie was easy and pleasant. We really felt very comfortable.

We stayed with 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped ( coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults many opportunities to sit comfortably together. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

We were a motorcycle group of 4 people. Jiri's house was super clean, the check-in is done via a key box, so you are super flexible with the check-in. Juri lives directly opposite and is always available and super accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the location super quiet. And you can end the evenings on the covered terrace. We were super satisfied and would love to come back if we do a tour again. Thank you, Jiri.

Perfect as accommodation for a hiking holiday. The hot tub in the garden ensures relaxation after strenuous tours and cold temperatures. The garden is very large and spacious and offers different corners to retreat. The kitchen has everything you need and the oven creates a cozy flair. You can sit together and relax on the two sofas.

We had a very nice stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, very clean and simple, but well equipped. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful at all times. The fireplace provided cosy warmth and a particularly cosy atmosphere in the evening. Central heating would have been available on request, but we didn't need it. The problem with the shower mentioned in previous reviews seems to have been resolved in the meantime – showering worked without any problems for us, with a constantly pleasant water temperature. The small kitchen with the 2-burner stove was, as described, absolutely sufficient for simple dishes. The surroundings were very quiet - the seaside resort was not yet in operation, which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a completely successful stay! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house.

Martin is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. A would really recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful location. Lots to do in the surrounding area and the house is beautiful .Everything is super clean and well equipped.

It was a very lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and everything well maintained and clean. Miroslava was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A solid choice for families or anyone looking for great stay.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation was very cozy and clean and is in a quiet location. You can get along well and we were able to enjoy the stay in the accommodation very much. We were able to use the large garden and also barbecue there. In about 30 minutes you can be in the Saxon Switzerland National Park, where there are numerous hiking opportunities. Overall, it was a very nice time in the Lenka apartment and we will be happy to come back.

A small property, with a lot of attention to detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

The house is absolutely wonderful—clean, spacious, and incredibly cozy. It has a large, beautiful yard, a grill area, and a great view. Michal is a very friendly and welcoming host who genuinely cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We had an amazing time and hope to come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at Tereza's. We were able to take beautiful walks in the area, the suggested trips made planning easy.

Super nice location, you have many options to move around and get out. There are no shopping facilities nearby; this should be done beforehand. It can get a little loud in the evening, so be sure to check out the events in advance. We give a clear recommendation.

Great communication with your host. The place is beautifully and tastefully renovated, clean, smelling new. As a family with children, we appreciated the most washing machine and dishwasher, as well as the location - a short walk to the ZOO in Ústí. Overall, this apartment is a great starting point for trips and hiking. We'll be sure to come back and be sure to stay longer this time. :)

We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Jan‘s listing. It was close to nature and has a lot of great hiking places. The area was also peaceful and quiet with great views. Furthermore, it was comfortable for 4 adults with kitchen seperated in other room. The bathroom was clean with amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioners) provided. Jan was also flexible when it comes to time as we checked in a bit late (21.30) and able to adjust accordingly, while being responsive and approachable.

Really had a good experience with this place! Perfect for everyone who wants to quiet down and relax and you can still visit places like Prague or others relatively easily.

We enjoyed the stay in Martin's house. The location in the middle of the quiet nature is beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking in the area. The house is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Our host Martin was always available and also provided us with many tips and information for excursions and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay in Jans and Lenka's little cottage. A magical little place with a beautiful garden. The cottage has everything you need. Also oven and fireplace, cozy sleeping places upstairs and downstairs. The beautiful village is located in the middle of the enchanting Bohemian Switzerland. So, a good starting point to explore the area. There are several restaurants nearby - supermarket, however, 10 minutes' drive away. Jan and Lenka are wonderful and competent hosts!!

We were in the cottage with 3 children and felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. Heaters, hot water, oven worked great. We spared no expense and after 4 days we had only used €24 for electricity and €8 for wood pellets. The quiet and private location is particularly noteworthy. Locals also swim in the reservoir. We could have used our SUP - but it was still too cold for us. There are fantastic hiking trails that start right at the house. It takes about 1 hour to drive to the highlights such as the bastion, Carolafelsen, etc. We have a clear recommendation - we will be happy to come back! Thank you, dear Ondrej!

We had a really nice stay at this cozy place. Jiří was an excellent, friendly host, and everything we needed was provided - big thanks! The setting was private with a beautiful view, which made for a very relaxing experience. We felt right at home :) Though seemingly secluded, the location is super convenient - just a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute ride to a larger hub, making it easy to visit Prague and Bohemian Switzerland for day trips. We quickly got used to the shower and toilet outside and enjoyed the river view while showering. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our time and definitely recommend staying here!
