It is located in the village of Mikulášovice and falls under the Protected Landscape Area of Bohemian Switzerland, more precisely its part of Labské Pískovce. There is also a protected bird sanctuary. It is less than 400 meters to the city and there are countless interesting places in the area that are definitely worth visiting, such as the northernmost lookout tower in the Czech Republic Tanečnice, Brtnické Ledopády, Mikov Museum and others.

Medium factory studio (20m2) with sink. Comfortable for two but can accommodate up to three guests. Two large windows face west. Our studios are of different sizes and equipped so that everyone can choose. They are lined with wood and well insulated so that guests are not disturbed while working or resting. They have eastern or western daylight flowing through large windows. All electric lights are equipped with dimming controls so that they do not dazzle anyone or there is not too little light.
