There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.
