The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. In ca.500m sind S-Bahnstation und Fähranleger, sowie das Freibad. Es bestehen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
