The apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey villa (I live on the upper floor), has independent access, is equipped with a large private courtyard, with table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ and sun loungers. The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Twin Palms is a wonderful property recently renovated with refined materials and architect's care. 50 meters from the Poetto beach in Cagliari, it will allow you to fully enjoy its clubs and restaurants. As a standard It offers 2 quiet double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, access to the large, finely maintained garden, dining area and kitchenette. Upon request, a third bedroom is available at an additional cost for the 5th an 6th guests.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
