House holiday rentals in Decimomannu

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

our hosts were super welcoming, always available despite the language barrier, we had answers to everything. Pool cleaned every day. The gentleman brought us wood for the barbecue. The lady gave us information about the parties in the village next door. Really very very good if one day we can go back it will be with great pleasure. Thank you again.😊😊😊😊

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's calm and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive away! 2 beaches that are 15 minutes' walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Claudio couldnt have been more attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay in his house which was very quiet indeed.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and is the highlight along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are faithful to how the apartment and the surrounding area look. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which was very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; it is in a very quiet area, but still not very far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxation, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

Charming place, a beautiful renovation with all the flavour of the past together with the comforts of today, from mattresses to air conditioners and kitchen utensils. The garden and the small patio with a swing are also enchanting.

We had an exceptionally beautiful holiday. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a holiday apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

Fabio's place right next to the beach was an amazing place to spend our vacation. We enjoyed the views at breakfast and the sunset walk at the beach in front of the door. The kitchen was super well equipped. Fabio was a great host and super easy to reach and helpful. We can highly recommend this quite and peaceful beachside apartment.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We spent a week with Vittorio and Daniela in St. Antioco in June 2025. We felt like at home from the beginning. In addition to the personal, very friendly welcome by the two and a comprehensive presentation of the house, wine, a fantastic "tomato bread" and a personal "welcome" were already available for us. From the beginning, we had support and tips for the area, excursions, restaurants, ... The house is furnished with incredible attention to detail, at the same time the two have thought of all the practical things that make the stay pleasant. Even a cooler bag for the picnic on the go is available 🙂 We got to know Daniela and Vittorio as very warm people and will be happy to come back anytime. Thank you! Grazie!

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.
