Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

The room is very close to the center of Volos (on foot it is about 15 minutes). The space is very large and very clean. It has a heater that heated the space while we were inside and we always had hot water. The hot tub was awesome as we used it. And above all, Mr. Achilles was very understandable and kind. Thanks for everything 😊 We definitely recommend it!!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

It was all great! The host gave us instructions and asked us throughout our stay if we needed anything more and if there was an issue with our stay. Even though we didn't find an issue, we knew that at any time and time we could bother him if we needed anything . It had restaurants and coffee shops very close to us. All spotless !!

We spent a wonderful stay at Emma's House. The house is very well decorated with excellent taste. Emma clearly pays a lot of attention to details and the place was spotless. The house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures, wich was one of the many good suprises of the stay.

More than a great communication and stay experience. It will be our first choice for an upcoming visit to the area.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space, including the hot tub, was perfect for relaxing at the end of a day of exploring. The hosts were also very responsive when a minor issue came up during our stay. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

A truly breathtaking villa in a beautiful location. The sunset is amazing and the views down into the Bay of Patras are spectacular. The villa is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The big swimming pool is surrounded by a large grass area with plenty of shaded areas to cool off or sit down to eat. There is also an outdoor kitchen (with pizza oven / BBQ area / gas cooker). The owners were amazing, very kind and extraordinarily generous, encouraging us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. The location was great – not just for soaking up the sun but also for days out. We visited ancient Olympia, Delphi and also had dinner in Patras. For a family holiday it was perfect.

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

THE BEST AIR BNB WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN - the best hosts. We have never met nicer, friendly and more welcoming people. We couldn’t recommend this place more. It is magical. It’s so relaxing and beautiful. The best sunsets. Restaurants close by but best to have a car to get around!! We barely left the property though, because it had every single thing you needed. Thank you Irene and Nikolas for having us. We will be back for sure!!! We miss it already

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

The villa was absolutely beautiful clean and felt like home, even better than the pictures. We were welcomed at the villa from Efrosyni the owner and we were given so much information about the area including a map with the best places to visit. I would recommend it especially to couples visiting Kalampaka. Definitely coming back and staying at the villa! Thank you once again Efrosyni!

What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!
