Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Decentralized Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia

Yiannis place is was spacious, close to the market, bakery, and several restaurants, and has fast wifi. Parking was easy to find for my rental and I felt right at home here as the neighborhood is filled with kind locals. This place is a gem! If you’re visiting Meteora. Look no further. I was worried about the church bells ringing all night but they stop around 10pm and only restart at around 7am. Seeing as to how I slept with ear plugs, I never noticed. I only found out when I woke up early to go hiking. What a lovely town. Thank you Yiannis!

As local, cosy, and homey as it will ever get!! We felt like we were truly staying in someone’s home, with beautifully hand-carved wooden furniture in the entire apartment. The host who might’ve been Despoina’s grandmother even greeted us even at 3 am after our delayed flight to Athens. She was super sweet!! As we were leaving the next morning, she picked fresh flowers in her garden and gave them to us. She then waived us goodbye as we got in our cars and drove away.

Staying with Georgia was a dream to be in. We had the whole house, including garden and terrace to ourselves as a couple. The house is wonderfully quiet, you can actually sit somewhere in the sun all day. The whole house is incredibly clean and maintained. The kitchen is very spacious and really well equipped. The parking lot is on the property. We also met Georgia's father, who took care of something in the garden. We were very warmly welcomed and encouraged to really feel home. We would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We have enjoyed our stay, couple of minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina and 50 minutes to Vikos gorge. Beautiful garden and view.

I visited the accommodation with my family, the place was very clean and comfortable, Mrs. Vasiliki was very hospitable and helpful, I highly recommend it! A very good accommodation for a baby because it also provides a cot!

Anna has thought of everything. Although quite small (apart from the large balcony), it had everything and was very thoughtfully presented. Better than the photos.

Apartment was great close to everything you need , clean and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Had an absolutely great trip will be back.

For me, it was top tier. The apartment is close to the city center (approximately a 5 minute drive). The area surrounding the apartment (ie. greenery and mountains) was beautiful. Between the apartment accommodations, things to do, food to eat/restaurants, and the weather this was my favorite Greek city. The instructions to get inside the apartment building and the apartment itself were easy to follow. The livingroom, bathroom, and bedroom were very comfortable with the nice furniture, color selections of paint, & decorations. I felt right at home. The apartment boasts 2 balconies: living room & the 1st bedroom. I didn't use the kitchen & dining area but well furnished. For some reason, the TV wouldn't turn on and my host came over to the apartment in less than 15 minutes and helped me figure out why. He was kind, helpful and we chatted amicably for a few minutes before leaving. I hope to come back to Ioannina one day. And if I am lucky enough, I hope I can stay here again.

Pretty much exactly as described. More spacious than we expected. HUGE kitchen area, lots of room. By far the largest place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Greece (going all over the country). Walkable to city center, lots of food, grocery options nearby. Would stay again.

Great place. Easy to find, basically in the corner just before the road leading up to the monasteries. Free parking close by. The room itself was squeaky clean and of good standard. Friendly and helpful host. Restaurants in walking distance. Quiet inner yard. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting meteora. Great location with many good restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Rooms are large and fully equipped. Air Conditionning ( AC ) units were working well in every room. Beds are on the firmer side. Free parking nearby (almost anywwhere in the city)

We had a wonderful time at Chris's! We had a lot of privacy in the cottage and the garden, the view is very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the apartment is decorated with love and attention and very nice that you can walk into the Meteora (recommended to explore the hiking trails, very beautiful trails and very quiet). Actually, everything was great! Very nice extra, the house has good screens so you can open everything up without mosquitoes. The last stretch of road there is semi-paved, but can be done with a regular car.

I had the pleasure of staying at Vassias beautiful apartment, and frankly speaking it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was both cozy and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless. They were very responsive in responding to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location of the home was also ideal, situated in the center of the old town, with the tavernas just below, but still very quiet on the inside. For anyone who is about to travel to Parga, I highly recommend them to go to Vassias apartment. I will surely be back!

We just spent one night at Evaggelias but really liked it, especially the view at the see and the really nice beach nearby.

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.
