Holiday rentals with a kayak in Decentralized Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia

Εξαιρετικο καταλυμα με πολυ καλη διαρρυθμιση & εξοπλισμο, καθαρο και σε μια υπεροχη τοποθεσια μεσα στην φυση. Ολα ηταν αψογα επισης και στο κομματι της επικοινωνιας και της συννενοησης με τον ιδιοκτητη.

George and his wife are fabulous hosts! Real friendly, always supportive and taking care of our stay! Also surprised us with fruit, wine of their property and nice “oliebollen” for breakfast. The place was very nice and the sea was very near. Just some steps through the nice garden (where they have the fruit) and nice beds and the canoe which you get use for free. The environment in this time of the year is really quiet. Just what we were looking for. So in summary: fantastic stay and recommended!

Our stay at George’s place was nothing short of our expectation, which was already high from reading previous reviews from other guests. George was extremely friendly and a welcoming host. He was at our disposal for anything we needed, even if that was a lift to the nearest grocery store as we didnt have car to get around. (Which i’d say is a must!) Very kind person, who takes great pride in making his place feel peaceful, clean and well maintained. The grounds and house itself is everything you see in the photos. Clean spaces that almost look brand new. The private beach is about 50m away from the apartments on the back, and has gorgeous clean and shallow waters perfect for swimming. We honestly loved everything about our stay, and was as relaxing and recharging as one could hope a holiday can be. Cannot thank George enough for his warm welcome and his availability for us during our stay. We will be back, 100%! Thank you, and wish you all the best, until next time🙏🏼

Απόλυτη ταύτιση με τις φωτογραφίες και καθαρός χώρος. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς από το φαράγγι Μπουζουνίκου. Ο οικοδεσπότης Ανδρέας πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και προσιτός στην όποια επικοινωνία.

A sincere thank you to George for our wonderful stay at Villa 3 Dimitri Houses, this is a two bedroomed private villa on its own view a wonderful sea view and patio that you are able to sit out on an evening and watch the sun go down. The photos are just like the real thing with bikes, kayaks, sun lounges provided. The Villa was immaculately clean and well equipped. George left us water,coffee, eggs, butter, first aid kit, mosquitto burners, bbq coals, shampoo and shower gel which was a lovely touch but best of all the absolutely delicious Dimitri Wine - We tried the white and the red and our favourite was the light red! The area is close to the old salt lake nature reserve, walking distance to a beach bar and a short drive to Lefkimmi and restaurants with a beautiful canal and also the port for boat trips to Paxos and Antipaxos. George is an amazing friendly host who really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay and to make sure you are happy with everything. Loved every minute

Wij hebben 10 dagen met heel veel plezier in het huis van Georgia verbleven. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Wij waren verrast door de ruimte en comfort van en om het huis. Heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht op zee en mooie tuin met buitenkeuken en buiten douche. Ca 150m lopen naar (privé) kiezelstrand. 5 minuten per fiets of auto naar een zandstrand met ligbedjes. Wij hebben diverse leuke restaurants in Mytikas bezocht, maar ook uitstapjes gemaakt naar het dichtbij gelegen Preveza, Lefkas (prachtig eiland maar veel te druk voor ons), Archeron Springs via een mooie rit door het bergachtige binnenland en Necromanteion of Acheron. Ik beveel de woning van Georgia van harte aan als je van een rustige omgeving houdt en toch niet te ver van alle voorzieningen wilt verblijven.

perfecte huisje aan het strand. perfecte combinatie van rust/privé en activiteiten/restaurants in de buurt geweldige host die een super Elkomstpakket had klaargezet! alles is voorzien. host is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! een aanrader
