Holiday rentals with beach access in Decentralized Administration of Crete

We are the family with 12 years old boy, stayed for a week. Excellent location for such kind of vacation. Great restaurants nearby and just 100m walk to the sea. Intercity bus station in 1 km, you can take taxi, but it's a pleasant walk. Recommended!

This was our first time in with them know, and we were somewhat sold on Stratos offering because of it being a Seaview apartment. It was right across from the beach. It was well appointed clean modern two doors opening to the balcony that faced the ocean, a wonderful Nespresso machine with coffeejust great and Stratos met us when we checked in. We got to meet him in person. It was just a great overall experience.

Absolutely recommended!! Everything was clean, the place was bigger than expected. We were very nicely received with a welcome raki and biscuits. Restaurants, cafes and a bakery are nearby, the beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. We especially liked the fact that there are beach equipment such as umbrella and toys for children, a coffee maker with fine coffee and two balconies. The suspended pictures are extraordinarily beautiful and give the apartment an authentic style. Thank you!!

Sara and Giovanni are exquisite! Beautiful stay, fantastic area. We had a great time, the restaurant is a gem, you can eat divinely. In the evening, by the pool, sitting at the restaurant, there is a magical atmosphere, a peace for the senses. Our little girl fell in love with the pool! We'll definitely be back

The location was great, right on the seafront, and in between a load of nice restaurants and bars. We had a car, and there is on site parking available which was perfect. The room was spotless, modern and a good size, with a good sized kitchenette. Communication with Stefani was really easy, and she was able to accommodate a late checkout for us, which involved the cleaner moving all of our things to another room, as we were returning from Chania later than expected. The roof terrace is fantastic, with an undisturbed view of the sea - the infinity pool really does look amazing, and is a real sell for this airbnb over others in the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Absolutely fabulous penthouse apartment with a magnificent terrace and wonderful views. Super beach literally just across the street and close to a range of local restaurants…… can’t recommend enough!!😀

Thank you so much to Dimitris who is an excellent host! Available, great tips, friendly and anxious to make our best stay in Agia Pelagia. The accommodation perfectly matches the listing and the location is perfect, the sea is within walking distance very quickly and all the shops and restaurants are at the foot of the apartment. The place was clean and well equipped for a week. The small balcony overlooking a parking lot where rental cars are stored is very nice and allows you to spread your laundry in the sun without inconvenience. The value is excellent and Dimitris even offers to change the sheets and towels after 5 days and offers you fresh fruit, water and juice upon your arrival and during your stay! Everything was perfect, we are very happy to have stayed here and to have met Dimitris, thank you again 🇫🇷🇬🇷 Celia & Arnaud

Sandgate is in a lovely location, quiet yet close to restaurants, cafes, shops and town! The apartment is large and comfortable with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Communications were excellent!

We had a really nice stay at Georgios place. Enjoying the seaside view while having breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The flat was clean and we found everything we needed. Would love to come back

A week in paradise!! We had a wonderful week at Manolis's place. The house has its feet in the water and the view is just sublime. The sunsets are grandiose. Everything is provided to enjoy the exteriors: sunbathing, umbrella, table and chairs, armchair, hammock, barbecue… There are beach shoes to be able to walk on the rocks and a small paddle is also immediately accessible. We lived outside and were lulled by the sound of the waves which was great. The house is very functional and Manolis is full of attention: we found a basket of fresh fruit, sweet cakes homemade by his mother, lemons from his farm, Raki, fresh beers and water bottles, dates... During the stay he brought us spinach slippers and fresh eggs. Manolis was an attentive host, full of good advice and very considerate. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Manolis for everything🩵?

The domicile is at the top of the hill and you have a great view of Sitia and the beach. The approach is exciting, as it is very steep, but fun. We felt comfortable right from the start. Thanks for the new communication

The place Was magic we have a private access to the sea and the view was astonishing. The place had all you need and Eleni was Very kind

Heike's place was super well maintained and had everything your heart desires. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time very much! Heike was also on site on the day of our arrival and personally gave us many helpful tips and explained everything necessary. She was also quickly available to us at any time. Utensils for grilling meat and fish were also fully available. The surrounding small towns with numerous localities are quickly and easily reached by car. If you are athletic, you can also do it on foot :) . But even at home you can unwind, either in a hammock or a lounger.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed online. We were able to park near the apartment which meant we could explore all of the local beaches and visit the old town. The apartment was located 10m from the beach, ideal for a early morning swim. We would love to stay at Georgia's place again :)

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. I can see why Katerina is a super host -everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt very comfortable in her place! We found it very convenient and yet peaceful! The view from her balcony was amazing! Katerina was very responsive and pro active ! I would stay here again if I were to visit Chania in the future!

Chrisi is an excellent hostess! She was always helpful and always in a good mood and friendly. The apartment is perfect for excursions, but also perfect for the beach around the corner. In addition, there is everything you need to live and there is even a small bottle of Raki in the fridge to welcome you. We will come back here again!! Brigitte and Peter

I had a wonderful 12 day stay at the apartment. The location is great - just a few meters from the beach and still 15 minutes to the old town. Checking in with a key box and description was super easy. The host was always extremely responsive. And I mean really fast- I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. He helped me with all the questions and concerns and even lent me an umbrella and got me a yoga mat for my time. Really very helpful and always on site! The apartment is cozy. The bed is very comfortable (I always think that's important!). The sofa is a bit saggy - but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a real stove, toaster, kettle and microwave (which I didn't use). The balcony is large and you have sun in the morning until early afternoon. There is also a washing machine on the 2nd balcony!

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

We spent very nice four days here. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you can walk to a supermarket. In front of the house you could park well.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!
