We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

No Cleaning Fee Private Entry Guest Suite w/ Kitch

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Our recently redecorated carriage house, with its spacious upstairs loft/downstairs kitchen floor plan, is centrally located in downtown Decatur and an easy 5 min. walk to the wonderful shops, bars, and restaurants on the Square. Quick access to all that Atlanta has to offer via the MARTA rail just a short walk away. The cozy queen-sized bed, ample driveway-free parking, and outdoor living area hidden behind the house ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Private guest suite with separate entrance in Oakhurst - a neighborhood in Decatur. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and MARTA. One-bedroom, one-bathroom studio in the basement of our home. We have a dog and two kids, so you will likely hear sounds through the ceiling. We will be respectful about limiting noise. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Close to Emory University and Agnes Scott. A short MARTA train ride to downtown Decatur or Atlanta.
