Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Cottage De Vrolijke Haan, Winterswijk outskirts.

Cozy tiny (12m2) romantic cottage (private entrance and parking space) in the outskirts of Winterswijk-Corle, close to beautiful hiking/biking/riding trails and located on the grounds of a monumental farmhouse. Equipped with all comforts but "basic" in style. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, and for 1 or more days/weeks for rent. Particularly suitable for people who love peace, nature and are adventurous. Not suitable for disabled people and children Pet(s) welcome after consultation!

Idyllic location on the outskirts of Dingden (between Bocholt and Wesel). Apartment on the 1st floor of the house. Large living room with sliding door to the roof terrace. Height-adjustable desk. New kitchen fully furnished. Modern bathroom with shower + bathtub (toilet spatially separated). Bedroom with double bed + room with 2 single beds. Ideal for bike rides/hikes in the nearby Dingden Heath. Storage space for bicycles with charging facilities in the lockable garage.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

(M)EINraum cozy one-room apartment

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Large, cosy apartment, close to the city and the border

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

Het Achterhoeks Voorrecht, peace, space, freedom!

A lovely spacious house with also lots of outdoor space, privacy and opportunities to entertain you with the whole family. In the garden also a lovely hot tub to relax in (optional, 80,- p/weekend), space for sports and play, a green oasis. The Achterhoek is ideal for cycling and many possibilities within 15-30 minutes by car to make nice trips, also in Germany. In principle, the changeover day is Friday. Please contact for any different requests.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!

NEW available since March 2023. Looking for a detached, simple, but pleasant cottage with a nice, wide view? Welcome to our "tiny house" on a sandy path, 100 meters away from our own residence. With an area of about 35m2, everything is still present for a pleasant stay. If you are not necessarily looking for top luxury (!) but a warm, simple, cozy and quiet place, then you will have a good time here!
