The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace . There is a garage for the storage of bikes or surfing equipment. There are two bikes with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.
