Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Daytona Beach

This sweet home was perfect for my family. I can't express just how much we enjoyed Phyllis' home. It was so nice and clean and quite comfortable. Knowing it was once her parent's vacation home made it even more special. This home is located conveniently to EVERYTHING. I was so impressed with the neighborhood and neighbors. The houses are very well kept, and I was so surprised at how quiet it is. I just got home and I am already looking at the calendar to see when I can return.

We enjoyed our stay and Michelle was very responsive. She replaced broken beachs immediately. Check-in and out was easy. The place was as described with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was relaxing as we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. I would recommend this place. They are updating the pool and roof so keep that in mind if you're not there for the beach.

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Beautiful and clean home, accurate description and great location. Perfect for those traveling with dogs. Lots of things to do and Ormand Beach is absolutely beautiful and super close to Daytona Beach. Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time we travel down there with our dogs.

The house was excellent and as described. We loved the open kitchen and space. Everything was clean and our family get together turned out to be so much fun in this space. Hubby and I went for our morning walks around the neighborhood and in the parks nearby. Pool was refreshing, hammock was a nice touch and our family spent hours having our own ping pong tournament. It is a great space for a family to spend and enjoy time together. Super close to the ocean, Embry Riddle (where our son graduated), grocery stores and mini golf. We will definitely stay again. One thing- the living room is sunken, so there is a step down in and out of the kitchen and dining room on both sides…not a problem for us, but good to know ahead of time. We definately recommend!

Great place to stay close everything you’ll want to do. In addition to the amazing host known as Todd who was always on top of his game providing the best experience I’ve had with a host on here.

Place was clean, private and easy to find. I love the location, close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the privacy and loved that it had parking. The hostess was amazing, very responsive and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful home very comfortable close to everything only a few minutes drive to the beach, we felt right at home, heather was an amazing host and answered all questions we had promptly and friendly will stay here again and again !

Absolutely wonderful stay with gorgeous views. Easy to find and to check in. Watched a wedding ceremony on the beach, multiple cars get stuck lol, picturesque sunrises, an incredible thunderstorm encompassing the resort and then Crabby Joe's (the restaurant on the pier-walkable-great food and atmosphere!) followed by a double rainbow, and not to mention the sunset views to the west from the corner of the balcony.

The Unit and Peck Plaza Building are very nice with great views and a great 2 story oceanfront sundeck. I loved the earlier than normal check in of 2:00 and the laundry machines in the Unit. Views of the coastline are fantastic. I would love to stay again!

It was a great place! So glad we went with this Bnb, the host was awesome! She answered all my questions before even having to ask! She even gave us a discount to stay another night because she wasn’t booked the next day!! We were happy to extend our beach weekend, I would love to come back and make more memories here. The only wish I had was that the pool was open but we can’t control hurricanes lol. I highly recommend booking! Completely worth the price :))))

Heidi’s place was amazing for my girlfriend and I’s vacation to Daytona Beach. it was minutes from the beach and there was so much to do right in the area. would definitely stay here again!

Nice place overall. Outside of the building was a little skeptical but once your inside the house it’s nice and clean.

It is a great place to stay right next to the beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby. A very quiet apartment where you can enjoy mornings sipping coffee from the beautiful balcony. Only issue was the slow WiFi but that kept us outdoors for our 1 week stay. Great and responsive host with clear instructions. Would love to stay again next time. Cheers

A true hidden gem with a priceless view! Kitchen even came with a full sized stove/oven which you don't find in most places! So nice and handy that the room was easy to find and located right next to the elevator and laundry room which by the way you do not hear from the room. Balcony was large enough to fit 4 chairs easily with a direct ocean view and inside was modern and tastefully decorated and very clean! I highly recommend and will gladly book again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Great location and close to everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

From the time of check in, Naum treated us very friendly and was responsive to any questions we had. His place was just as he decribed it to be. And the views from our deck were beautiful. The sunrise every morning to start the day off right was great. His place was well stocked and included beach items and kitchen and bath items. Truly a great place to visit and we would definately go back. Thanks a bunch Naum for being a great host!

Beautiful location, looked just like photos, Michelle was amazing in all our corespondents, close to great food, loved the details of Michelle’s place. Had everything we needed to cook! We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Florence’s beachfront Airbnb in Daytona! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Florence was incredibly kind and responsive from the start - she made sure we were fully prepared for our stay and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her hospitality truly made our trip even more special. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

Great spot to stay. The building has a cute little Tiki bar with fun and professional employees. Felt very safe which is important to me. Unit was extremely clean and had a lovely view. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach.
