I've had a few bad experiences with AirBnB in the past so I was a little skeptical about trying it again. Alina and her team made this experience such an amazing time that I absolutely plan to work with them again! The house was beautiful and comfortable, there was a lot to do in the area but most of all, it truly gave me the feeling of a vacation. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I know I'll be back for sure :)

We loved staying at Gina’s place for 4 nights for a lovely friends’ trip to celebrate personal achievements together. Gina was very accommodating when I told her my fiancé had specific sensitivities and made sure everything was ready for us. Despite having a trip the following day after we arrived, she was determined to get the shower head working well and also give us pertinent information and welcome us! We all felt her warmth even though we didn’t have much time with her; she continued to be available through the AirBnB app! I would totally come back and recommend her beautiful home!

The owner noticed that the TV in the master bedroom was not working properly when she went to check the property before we checked in, so she went out and purchased a new one and set it up before we arrived! She answered any questions we had promptly and was very accommodating. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices and some other staples that we were not expecting. The pool as not heated and was a little chilly, because we were there in March, but our granddaughter didn’t mind a bit and had so much fun! The owner had beach towels, toys and chairs that we took to the beach with us. She has thought of everything! It was such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very relaxing ☀️😎

This was a perfect place for our family of nine. The bunk beds made all the difference when little ones can't wait to try it out. It also was much better for them than sharing a queen size bed. We had a little hiccup on the first day and it was immediately attended to. I would rate its customer service A+++. An added bonus was the dolphins we saw out on the waters. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans one would want. Everyone loved the home away from home atmosphere and of course the wonderful pool.

I am actually a former resident of Flagler county and was familiar with the location and the property prior to booking :) Check in was a breeze. Parking is super easy as there is a large lot. The location is breathtaking seriously. A little north of Flagler beach but nothing is far there. The property is massive and all the available rooms are very private. It's basically an INN. Our room was large, next to the pool, had it's own AC/heater, large bathroom, micro, mini fridge, and a huge soaker tub. Oh it also had a large dining table and smart tv. Connecting to the wifi was easy and it's super fast. I was primarily working with my school age daughter and we had zero issues. Bathroom is comfortable, water is hot, lots of towels were provided. The owners/property managers were responsive. I wish them tons of success with their special property!

Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. 2 minutes drive to down town Mount Dora and the area is peaceful and quite! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated room with updated appliances. My favorite part is the back patio for when you come back from having a long day adventuring and just want to sip some wine

Had some trouble at check in with the lock, but Matthew and his team went over the top to make it right. They definitely understand what being customer centric is all about.

Super awesome beach location that albeit is shared with other guests, is tucked away, nice and quiet. And Kayla was super flexible for us, very responsive and just as nice as she could be! Absolutely would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The beach was directly across the street. Alberto messaged me back very quickly with answers to all my questions. I will be staying at his units again!! Absolutely loved it!!!

We made a last-minute booking for a New Year's trip to New Smyrna beach. Robert was very quick in his response to my inquiry. He was very forthcoming in letting us know that the pool was closed due to the low temperatures and went out of his way to call the managers on-site. We eventually got lucky, and the pool was opened as temperatures got better during our stay. The place is a gem with a homely feel. Steps to the beach. The large private pool was well-heated and not crowded at all. Very close to some great restaurant options, as well as groceries. Very thoughtfully stocked home with lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and board games. There is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The local manager, Leslie, was also very welcoming and a delightful lady. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place rather than at Airbnb. Robert goes out of his way to make you feel at home! Would highly recommend it.

Our family had a great trip to St. Augustine! The gated property was perfect with all the needed amenities. Of course, the pool and easy beach access were the best! The morning view from the patio balcony with coffee each morning was perfection!

Thank you so much to my host Andrew. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I had a few issues with booking but Andrew helped walk me thru everything and even made a few phone calls on my behalf(issues nothing Andrew did) so very helpful which I appreciated so much. My sons 18 birthday was the best birthday he as ever had per him. The resort I can’t even describe how amazing it is. The food was very good and prices I thought were very reasonable Activities for the children live music and the lazy river was absolutely our favorite. Staff was so friendly. We will definitely be coming back hopefully soon!

Great place to call home for a long weekend. We used it as our sleeping quarters for a long race weekend in Daytona (24 hour race). It’s an easy 30 minute drive from the track up I-95. Will likely rent again next year.

Absolutely lovely place! They have pretty much everything you need to have fun at the beach! Perfect view, great location, close stores to walk to, not far from Daytona. We had an absolute blast! Definitely recommend!
