We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

beautiful apartment at a beautiful spot, right next to the ocean. spot check for surfing can be made right out of the kitchen window, which was an absolute bonus! we were 6 people and the sleeping space is rather tight, no problem for us since we are close but just keep that in mind. :) would absolutely recommend and come back again!

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we enjoyed the view from the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Everything is available to spend a pleasant stay, covered terrace... Everything is well thought out for our dogs, fenced garden, hair blower and vacuum, bowl etc. made available to us. We had a great stay catching up with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Teddy's house is great, nothing is missing, exceptional. Very clean and very bright, spacious, in line with all my expectations. I highly recommend this person and his property. I would keep this beautiful address. Go there, it's great.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Benjamin's apartment is perfectly located. Direct access to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the city center or the lake. The apartment is also well equipped with nice furniture, two bedrooms and a good kitchen. In addition, the communication with the host was also warm and helpful. A week at the end of May in this very bright, spacious and very clean accommodation. Direct view of the forest, "squirrel" and birds supplement, for breakfast on the terrace bathed in morning sun. Large shower, ideal after surfing sessions and the outdoor hose to rinse the wetsuits. Very functional equipped kitchen with a small extra, a plancha to grill the fish from the market. Recommended for couples. Note that the access is a little steep for a person who would have a little trouble moving, the accommodation is on a hill. Access on foot to the bottom of the lake. Beach and city centre 5 min drive. In short, we recommend .
