Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Davis

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

Previous reviews mentioned train noise but the house was well insulated so it was very muted. Blackout blinds and double-glazed windows did their job. The Folgers coffee set up was excellent and they left creamers. Beds were new and clean. Seating was limited, but we are a couple. Everything worked, especially the heater, since it was cold. We will stay again when we visit family nearby.

This place is perfect for staying near downtown with list of great restaurants and venues. Eugene is a superb host he was super responsive and friendly he even accommodated and early check in for my friends and I thank you Eugene! Definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next stay. A truly special place hosted by a truly special person.

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

The condo in Silverado resort was beautifully appointed and spotless. Our host was friendly and responsive and made our stay a delight. The location along the fairway provided a great view and very relaxing. We’d stay again without hesitation!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

We stayed in this apartment for approximately 41 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience! The place was extremely clean and well-organized, with all the amenities listed available and in perfect condition. The hosts were amazing—always helpful and quick to respond to our messages. They also provided initial supplies, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made a big difference, especially after a long trip. The location is excellent, just one street away from UC Davis and very close to downtown, which made our routine much easier. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

If your looking for a cute quant place right in the middle of Sacramento this is a great place I went to lobby and it was about 15 min walking to the capital and so many cute coffee shops and restaurants all around. It was great for vacation or for work.

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Great, safe location! Big house with everything we needed for our large family of 7. Comfy beds, and lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play! Sam was an awesome host too! He helped us late night while we were dealing with an issue at another airbnb. He called us right away to connect, went over to the home and turned the heat on for our arrival, let us check out late since we came in so late, really saved the day on the bad experience we were having with another owner, and he was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and are so thankful to have found such an awesome host!!! AWESOME STAY!!!

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Jessica is very clear and helpful. She responds to questions relatively quickly, and the house was clean. The house rules are straightforward and easy to follow.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.
