**Please note that we only approve guests with reviews. **This is a cute updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex located minutes from downtown and Midtown Sacramento in the beautiful North Land Park area. The space has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a shower/tub. There is street parking, but you are welcome to park in the driveway. I don't live on the property but I am easily accessible by phone with any needs you might have. I look forward to hosting you.

Spacious Craftsman House in Downtown Davis

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.

Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. Our pool house is a private 12x12 foot room with a queen bed and all the amenities you should need. Your private shower/restroom is detached and a short distance away. Please refer to the pictures for exact distance. We provide robes and slip on shoes for your comfort. The retreat includes a fridge, microwave, & single brew coffee maker. The BBQ and dinning area are available upon request. Laundry by appt.
