This is our second stay at Neil's house! His place is in a great location with parking and an Uber to downtown was very reasonable. There are also great casual restaurants in walking distance, we enjoyed a new breakfast spot, Stay Golden, and it was delicious. Bringle's is a great spot for BBQ and sports in an outdoor venue and coffee from Frothy Monkey. Neil gave great ideas of what to do and where to go in the area. The house is nicely decorated with a comfortable couch and the seating around the table was perfect for our family. The beds have nice linens and the towels were fresh. Overall it was a great space for our family's visit to Nashville.

Our stay at the Kirkwood Cottage was amazing. The home was quaint, comfy, clean, and just as expected. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We especially loved the screened in porch - We had our coffee there in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. The 12 south neighborhood was also an added bonus. Great restaurants, shops, and drinks within walking distance. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

This home accommodated us well with our large family. It was a nice get away from the city but close enough to go into town daily. Thank you!

Great location for family! Close to 12 south even easy to walk with people that may have trouble walking far.

Great place to stay if you have pets traveling with you! It has a fenced in back yard which is nice, but FYI that space is shared with 5 other condo units, although we never saw anyone else in the backyard when we were out there. Still very close to downtown and a nice area. Thank you!

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

We had a wonderful stay at Natalie’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Natalie is an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip truly special. My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!
