Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Davidson County

The Raven was an incredible place to stay in Nashville! We had my bachelor party with 10 people and there was plenty of beds for us to sleep and have room. It’s also close enough to Nashville where we could take an easy 5-10 minute uber ride downtown. Alicia was an incredible host and we plan to come back at some point!

Andrew was a great host, he was very friendly and helpful! The check in process was super easy and he was very clear about everything. The house was amazing and the views of the skyline at night are very pretty. He had also asked me what I was looking for in the area, and swiftly provided me some great local recommendations. I definitely plan to stay again one day, and would recommend Andrew’s listing to anyone in the area.

Very nice place. Kitchen was stocked up nicely. Bathroom was a good size and they offered some extras which was nice! The patio area was our favorite during the stay, even the rain didn't stop us from enjoying sitting outside.

The home was clean and beautiful. It smelled nice and the ac worked perfectly against the humidity outside. The setting was very family oriented and the hosts thought of literally everything to accomodate us. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding. The backyard was cozy and the hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

We had a great stay at this house! It was modern, spacious, & very clean. Each bedroom had it's own en suite bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay. There's one queen bedroom downstairs that was perfect for an older family member who has trouble with stairs. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. There's a queen bedroom at the top of the stairs & 2 king bedrooms at the end of the hall. We set up the 2 rollaway beds in the room with the arcade table for our 2 kids. There was room in between the beds for a walkway over to the home office suite. There are doors on both sides of that game room to close it off from the main upstairs & the office suite. It gets a little warm when all the doors are shut, but the kids didn't mind. The office suite worked well to have an adult sleep on the pullout couch with a private bathroom just outside that room. There is an entire extra kitchen, TV, & couch in that suite too! It was an excellent set up for our family & we would love to stay again!

Coopers place was awesome. It was very clean and was everything you could ask for and more when staying in an Airbnb. Cooper was extremely responsive and helpful. I'd love to stay here again. 10/10 experience from the moment i booked.

Skyline Speakeasy was more than amazing. Absolutely beautiful, well appointed and spacious!!! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Easy access to highway, main roads and just a short drive to downtown. Nice neighborhood area that makes it very walkable. This home too is well equipped with all you could need in the kitchen and is set up with all things you would need for your first few days stay. Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, etc. Truly first class all the way. Alyssa was very responsive to any questions- we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to our next visit at Skyline Speakeasy.

Very happy with this stay! The home was plenty big, each room is huge. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, scenery is amazing. The house is truly tucked away and private. It took about 35-40 min to get to broadway, but didn’t have any issues getting Ubers. As a group of 13, our favorite parts were the front porch & chairs for everyone, the size of the rooms so we could all have our suitcases open and still have space, and the overall area it’s in. If you’re a group of girls, I’d suggest bringing a few extra make up mirrors!

Very peaceful. Very clean. Very cozy! It was a perfect getaway to escape the nightlife of downtown. The hosts were more than happy to communicate when we needed. 10/10

This place was perfect for us... a real retreat experience on a rural farm. We had the place all to ourselves, and sharing the property with farm animals was a nice experience. The only human interaction we had was the couple who made a brief visit to feed and water the animals in the morning and evening - both very friendly. The farm is very well kept - a few goats, sheep, chickens, cows, pot bellied pigs, and 2 barn cats. We had our service dog Max with us and he was in heaven. Will definitely be back.

My partner and I showed up at night and it was kinda rainy and dark it was definitely a little jumpscare lol but when we woke up the next morning it was the most beautiful and peaceful view . ( It really is a treehouse) The grass was well cut so I able to walk and put my feet in the grass and soak in the sun :) ! I did feel like the house was un-lived in so it had a slight smell we just bought some candles and it made it feel very homey. I would definitely recommend it want some peace , quiet and solitude. 10/10

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

This is genuine and tranquil living in the Tennessee mountains, not more than 30 minutes from Nashville. The place was spotless and had excellent literature and culture throughout the house, and it is very close to nature. I highly recommend this place.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

House is secluded and surrounded with beautiful wooded scenery. Had everything we needed and enough space to comfortably fit everyone in our Nash Bash group. Would recommend and would stay here again!
