My husband, 11 yr old son, and I stayed three nights while visiting Nashville. This location was perfect for us, an upscale neighborhood right next to a huge park, and within 12 minutes drive of all the places we wanted to check out while in the city. John's place looks even bigger and better than the photos, with fresh, clean, wonderful smelling towels and linens, super comfy queen bed, and bonus queen air mattress. Attention to detail is seen in the provided extras such as toiletries, coffee, a thoughtful binder of local recommendations, and cold waters in the garage fridge. Ran into John just once as we were always on the go, but had a nice chat and he's super friendly. If you have three or more in your family just be prepared to either take quick showers or alternate am and pm showers as the hot water tank is limited. We didn't have a problem but noticed we were using it up quickly. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! 5 stars!

We loved our stay at Catherine and John's beautiful guest house in Nashville! They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful hosts, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable with lots to do. We only wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you!

I cannot stress enough how wonderful our experience at White Elm Farm was. Everything was as listed, squeaky clean and the hosts are absolutely lovely! It is close enough to everything exciting that Nashville has to offer, yet located in a peaceful area away from the chaos so you can recharge. The next time I book a trip to Nashville, I will absolutely check to see if this place is available. Judy was so helpful and I am so appreciative of their hospitality.

The bed: one of the comfiest beds/mattresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Very plush. Like a cloud. Location: phenomenal. Easy walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Safe enough to walk to late at night. Decor/amenities: meh. You’re not staying here for the decor or the amenities. Just a good nights rest convenient to whatever you’ve come to Nashville to experience. 10/10 value. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Amy’s place! It was clean and comfortable, with every possible necessity thought of! As a group of females traveling alone we felt very safe in the BnB/neighborhood. If we come back to Nashville we’d love to stay here again.

Chris (and Tom) were wonderful! Their place was everything I already stated at the beginning. I loved the style/warmth of the decor. There was everything anyone could need while away from home. This property is only a half mile from my daughter's house so we will certainly be back! Most of all, though, the helpfulness of Chris and Tom was exceptional and communicating with them was very easy and pleasant. All good!!

Had a wonderful stay! My daughter and I were in town for a competition at Opryland. The value of Caitlin’s place was unmatched and had everything we needed. We were a little nervous upon arrival seeing the outdoor entry and what appears to be another rental unit but upon opening the doors, were pleasantly surprised. Clean, quaint, and cozy. Caitlin was wonderful to check in if we needed anything and answered all questions. The beds were comfy, the bathroom is small but clean and adequate. There was a little noise from the residents walking and living upstairs, but nothing we found disturbing or problematic (you are renting a space below their permanent residence - as stated. Expect normal creeks of floor boards or sweet kiddo giggles). We would def book again and will probably be fighting for it over our teammates who paid a fortune to stay elsewhere

Great space for anyone looking to visit the music city and all it has to offer. Great location. Lindsey was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here one night when we went to downtown Nashville and it did not disappoint!!! The home is very beautiful and clean!! Kelly was quick to answer any questions I had and overall was a very great host!! Would definitely stay here again!! 10-10 recommend if you need a place to stay while in Nashville!!!

wow, what a wonderful stay and wonderful host!! The apartment was very private and in a great area of east Nashville!! Everything in East Nashville was a 5-15 min walk away and downtown was a short drive over the bridge! the place was super clean and exactly as described. Allyson was always responsive and very nice!! we had everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again!

John’s place was exactly what I wanted and needed for my overnight trip to the Opry/Nashville—I wish I could’ve stayed a few more nights! The space was beautiful, clean, safe & quiet, and super close to the Opry/Nashville. John is very friendly and responsive to messages & even accommodated my early check-in request, which I greatly appreciated. After the show, all I wanted to do was sleep, and it only took me 10 minutes to get back to John’s place, which was so convenient! The bed was so comfortable & the temperature in the space was perfect-I slept like a baby! I definitely plan to stay here again when I come back to Nashville!

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

Kate’s place was perfect for our Nashville needs! It was a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and a short uber ride to downtown. The space was nice and clean as well as stylish. Kate was always responsive and kind. Would recommend and stay again.

Clean, cozy, and peaceful. Just what we needed for a weekend of shopping and going to a show. It was easy to get to and navigate to our destinations. Great food nearby!

We loved staying here for the weekend! The guest suite is private and in a great location. The apartment is bigger than it looked in photos and very nice! We loved being in East Nashville as well. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The location was super convenient—just 10 to 15 minutes from everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The space itself was clean and well-kept, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. This was such a perfect location for a quick friend’s trip. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty around to walk to. Loved that it was close to downtown but also just outside of it enough to enjoy some quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with another couple and were so impressed with the privacy. Both of the couples had their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We didn’t need to get in contact with Kim much at all. We didn’t feel like our privacy lacked even though their primary residence is attached. We did have to cut our trip short, but that was due to severe weather going home and not to do with the beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's. The location was a short drive to downtown Nashville. Would stay again.
