Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davao City

It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

We check in late ,they still waiting for us helping with our bags,he explained how the place was made into reality.I love the place because I love plants,it makes the place cooler from heat of the sun.The only downside is that there is part of the road that is rough ,but I know it will be develop soon as Samal is attracting more visitors I will definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives.

The host is very responsive and considerate, our stay had been nothing but pleasant, the place felt like home. We loved how clean it was. Complete with the basic necessities.

I would suggest to always check the things if functioning before the check inn time.

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

Very homey. One of my great finds! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Carl was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities were provided. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay in Monica's place. All rooms had air conditioners. Both bathrooms had water heaters. The kitchen had all the basic tools that you need. The compound is gated and maintained by staffs. A dedicated parking was also a must for us since we rented a car. We really chose this place because of the location. We usually buy urgent needs from a 24/7 Shell Select nearby, coffee from Daleachious Cafe, did laundry from thelaundrycare, had pizza from Simply Joe's Pizza and purchased other needs from SM Ecoland. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. The location is in a peaceful residential area, providing both security and tranquility. A major plus is the private garage, which comfortably fits a pickup vehicle—a top priority for us. The apartment itself is spacious, and to my surprise, the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy. Water pressure was also excellent, which is impressive given that this is in Tagum. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was exceptionally accommodating and made our stay even more reassuring.

My senior parents really enjoyed their stay—very homey, comfortable, and relaxing. The space had everything they needed and felt just like home. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. I’d definitely come back again!

I have stayed at other condos in Davao that were higher priced. But not one of these compared to this condo. The amenities, atmosphere and sense of relaxation all were at the top of my list. Would definitely recommend and would rebook on my next visit.

Unit is nice and well-maintained. It also has the basic necessities we need for day-to-day basis. Location is convenient as it's near from the airport, host is nice and responsive. Worth for its price!
