Domaine de la Croix-Haute - Swimming pool and SPA

Privately owned estate comprising two separate dwellings, each with two living rooms with open-plan kitchens, four bedrooms, two enclosed mezzanines, five bathrooms (three showers and two bathtubs), and two toilets. Private outdoor access: semi-covered pool, jacuzzi in the caves and shaded summer kitchen. An unusual, peaceful and charming place, with no neighbours overlooking. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 18 people. The large house is occupied by the owners, who keep a very low profile.

Welcome to my apartment "Le Bastille" with air conditioning ideal for 6 On the 4th floor with elevator and 2 balconies of a Haussmannian building, you can enjoy the postcard of Grenoble from your sofa... This 80 m² apartment has been completely renovated, and I was keen to preserve its soul and character. I designed it to make you feel right at home.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Lake Paladru, with lagoon-colored waters and temperatures reaching 26° in summer, stretches along our private beach. From the terrace, stunning 180° views... 2 paddles available. Bikes and pedal boats for rent 2 km away. On the hiking side, the Chartreuse massif awaits you... TV. Internet. Please bring your bed sheets, bath and bath towels.

La Bâtie - La Loge - View/Jacuzzi/Parking

La Loge is a rooftop penthouse apartment with high-end amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for a maximum of 2 people, with a queen size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fibre optic internet and a range of TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected decor, an exhibition of works of art, a terrace, a balcony and private parking for an additional fee. Jacuzzi shared with La Tour, our other apartment.

Domaine Saint Sauveur - 15 people

Welcome to Domaine Saint Sauveur, a peaceful haven nestled on the green heights of the Drôme, in the heart of L'Hermitage. Perched above the valley, it offers a breathtaking view, generous light and a warm atmosphere. This unique estate features two adjoining cottages – Saint-Sauveur and La Grange – combining authenticity with high-end comfort and a swimming pool! Designed as a refuge to meet, it can accommodate up to 15 people.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The property is close to Exit 12 of the A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults without children (no additional people can be added).
