The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

A beautiful water front privet apartment, DUPLEX(studio, open concept ) with a nine feet deep pool available and the beach ( only 3 min away). This apartment is across the canal from a sandy beach which is a great relaxing time for a family or singles to have fun and enjoy activities like fishing, boating, and other fun things on the water. the apartment itself is located in a calm and peaceful area. This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
