Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Our little "time out" is a lovingly furnished all-in-one apartment for 2 people in the middle of the castle community of Nordkirchen. The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. It impresses with its cozy and natural ambience, its sustainable furnishings and the central, yet quiet location. You immediately feel at home. WiFi and garage are provided for free

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Vacation home Am Dorn

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.
