Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable dining area and access to the terrace and garden. There are single beds in the basement bedroom for two more people. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen.
