Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von In Darmstadts grünen Norden gelegene, vollmöblierte, helle und einladende 1 Zimmer Wohnung - "Studio" (Schlaf- sowie Wohnbereich - siehe Bilder), in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, Koffer abstellen und genießen. Es wurde extra günstig gehalten für die Weihnachtszeit. Falls zwei verschiedene Gäste anreisen, können wir auch die zwei Boxspringbetten auseinderstellen oder es bleibt als ein Doppelbett wie auf den Bildern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise.

Close to the beautiful Eberstadt meadow orchards and only a few minutes' walk from the tram towards Darmstadt City Center. What more could you want if you love nature and appreciate the city's shopping facilities and cultural offerings at the same time? The attractive, high-quality equipped 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

Whether you come to us as a family, friends, couple, peace and quiet or colleagues, I prepare the rooms as comfortably as possible. If you come with 5 people, a person sleeps in the residential area, but also comfortably with a good mattress.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.

Overall, there is plenty of storage space throughout the house.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
