The area invites you to hike and cycle. The nearest swimming area (on the Achterwasser) is about 3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach in Ückeritz can be reached after about 7 km.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Vacation home MEERzeit

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly. Eggs are available fresh from the farm. Tips for excursions are also available.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own little piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

Two-person apartment at Park Zdrojowy

The studio apartment is located near the Park Zdrojowy park, which leads to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.
