Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. Very much like a high end condo with artwork and some antiques.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Make yourself at home in this cozy, artist-designed apartment in the heart of the DeTonti historic district, just steps from downtown Mobile.
