Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

For us, Geri's place was an experience stay. it is very remote in exceptionally beautiful country. We were in the area to visit a relative and enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the door lock in the evening which Geri promptly responded to and corrected. Overall our experience was good. The king size mattress was very comfortable, although it would benefit from some nicer bedding. For example, there was no mattress pad and one of the blankets was an old electric blanket (with no cord provided) which was scratchy/uncomfortable. We encountered a number of crickets and other bugs but this could be in part from the air conditioner units not being sealed around the edges. And it's a farm/rural area, so some bugs would be expected. I think groups of hunters might really enjoy this property. (We loved the remoteness and the cute kitty who hung around the house.) Tyler's place is comfy, roomy and well kept! perfect for my family reunion we will definitely keep it on mind for future visits to Kearney!

This place was everything my family and friends needed for a weekend to get together. Between the sea themed decor to the outdoor views. It was perfect. Anita is very kind and made sure we all felt welcomed! It was perfect place for us adults to relax and the kids to play and have fun. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommend

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

Cherilee's cottage is exactly as described. The WIFI was strong, the shower was very good, everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything was great. The location is in a very small town with no real market so be sure to bring your supplies with you because it is quite a ways to the nearest town. It is very quiet and peaceful and that is exactly what we were looking for.

cute, cozy and cost effective! Booked this space for me, my four kids and my mom and sister as an overnight stay on a cross country road trip. cozy and clean beds. equipped kitchen. and hot shower! much cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel. highly recommend. Marcia also has yummy banana bread prepped for us which was a welcome treat after a long travel day.

Enjoyed the back yard with large table to sit around and get caught up with family.
