Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dane County

Great place

I am so happy I chose to stay with Sam and Bruce in their beautiful home. I felt relaxed and welcomed from the first moment, and Sam was full of recommendations for wonderful things to experience in Madison. A highlight of the trip was a concert at the Chamber Music Festival Sam runs—what an indelible memory! I can’t wait to stay with Sam and Bruce again on my future visits to Madison!

Mi estadía en la casa, fue muy cómoda, Angela es una muy buena anfitriona, pude conocerla y charlar con ella es muy amable y agradable. Siempre contesto mis preguntas por el chat rápidamente, Imagine su perrita es muy linda y juguetona, me llevo un gran recuerdo de ella también. la habitación fue suficiente para mí, ordenada y limpia. pude cocinarme en la casa eso fue algo muy cómodo para mí. Meg was a very knowledgeable hostess - gave us detial information on places to go and things to do with young kids, shared great details of the history of the area. She was wonderful with kids. She let us use the kitchen to cook meals - which was very helpful to us. She was very kind to do some of our laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Large home in quiet neighborhood with just a 20- 25 minute drive to downtown Madison. Wonderful place and Aaron was great

We had a lovely experience at Samanta's place. We celebrated our daughters graduation at the University of Wisconsin and the place was perfect in terms of location and accomodation. We had a total of 6 people staying at the house and everything worked out great. Thank you for your great hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It’s a perfect location, easy to get to from the airport, quiet, walkable, easy to get downtown, very good breakfast. I’m just very happy it was available when I needed it.

Highly recommended! The Mendota Lake House was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic with great lake views and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown Madison. The decor was elegant and comfortable with wonderful views of the lake. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with locally sourced options. David and Bob were very pleasant and helpful, and despite being busy, took time to chat and share tips about the area.

Lovely old home right on the lake. Everything is just as described and the hosts are very helpful.

Wonderful! The Walt Whitman room was clean and spacious, and going out on the deck was lovely. Breakfast was tasty. The garden was neat to explore! Being near the water and park was the perfect touch. Directions for check in/ out were super easy. Thanks!

This was out 2nd stay in this hime but in a different room. Both times were extreemely enjoable with a fabulous continental breakfast consisting of scones and egg quiche. Beautiful home and lake views.
