Schönberg is just a few kilometers away from the recreational area on the Erbeskopf. So this is exactly the right starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks through the forests or along the Moselle. The oldest city in Germany - Trier, as well as the city of Luxembourg or Bernkasel - Kues, are also within easy reach by car to explore. In addition to a newly designed playground for children, Schönberg also offers three vending machines with various supplies (directly at the entrance to the village).

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Lila Pause

The holiday apartment "Lila Pause" is located in Ellweiler and is a great choice for a relaxing getaway. The 48 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher and a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a furnished open terrace and a barbecue.

Upper floor vacation home "Dorfperle"

The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

Wine loft above the Moselle

High above the Moselle, you will be floating in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which used to be a quaint wine restaurant. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.

Relax with two or the whole family in this beautiful vacation home. Located on the edge of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park. Enjoy the many attractions in the area or snuggle up on the couch with a snack and a drink. We rent our vacation home, which we have decorated in a rustic style with, among other things, hunting decorations, to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people (possibly with a maximum of 2 pets) from 2 nights.

Relax and/or be active in the vast and untouched landscape of the Soonwald. Ideal starting point for hikes, holidays with dogs, biking, exploring wild valleys, discovering dream paths, visiting castles and mines, hiking meadows and forests, enjoying nature, finding peace.... Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a small fee. A rich and regional breakfast can be reserved before arrival. Also vegetarian. Shopping is a 10-minute drive away.

Come to our beautiful, cozy and modern house in Theley and relax in the Saar Hunrück Nature Park. Have fun in the 900 sqm garden, 70 sqm terrace and with plenty of space for the kids to play. Cook in the evening in the open kitchen or order something from the surrounding restaurants. Hike or cycle right outside the front door or drive a short distance to Schaumberg, Bostalsee and other attractions. There is a lot to do!

Kermit by the lake

You'll have a great time at this ground-floor place to stay if you enjoy hiking or cycling and are looking for beautiful scenery or leisure activities on the water. Hiking or biking trails start practically < 100 m from the apartment. The Bostalsee is also only 10 km away. Our modern leather bed with a new firm mattress is a low double bed of 140 cm and so more suitable for 1-2 young flexible people.
