Monthly Rentals in Damaskinos

Stunning view, very quiet, large outside patio with a table easily accommodating 12 people. Lots of kitchen equipment, nice welcome gifts from the host. The house is a 10/15mn drive from the Ferry harbor. Inside the house, bathrooms & ground floor rooms are not huge but confortable. The inside stairs are narrow, not recommended for elderly people or young children. The master bedroom upstairs is bigger, but has no door and opens directly to the stairs. Access by car is through a super steep road. The house stands quite a bit above see level and the path to the beneath rocky cove is also steep. In both cases, you must not suffer from vertigo. A car is highly recommended for visits and grocery shopping, even if you can walk to the nearest (and very good) restaurant, or walk to Batsi village. And our daily swims at the cove were fantastic: almost always alone, clear water, and enough space to dry in the sun!

Our stay at Niko's apartment was fantastic! The location is perfect and has easy access to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and picturesque views. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nikos is an excellent host and did everything he could to ensure our stay was comfortable and warm. He provided us with helpful directions and insightful local tips. It is highly recommended.
