Romantisches, kleines aber feines ca. 32 qm Ferienhaus am Stadtrand von Berlin, unmittelbar an den Badeseen Groß Glienicker- und Sacrower See gelegen. Das Ferienhaus ist innen im Frühjahr 2021 neu renoviert und ideal für zwei Personen, gerne stellen wir noch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Rewe, Penny, Bäckerei und sind ca. 1 km entfernt, Restaurants näher. Bushaltestelle Richtung Potsdam und Berlin 50 m. Die Fahrzeit mit dem PKW nach Berlin-Spandau beträgt 15 min., sowie nach Potsdam ca. 15 min.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser Haus war immer sehr belebt. Wir haben viele Jahre Pflegekinder aufgenommen. Inzwischen sind sie erwachsen:)Wir haben etwas umgebaut und können Euch jetzt drei schöne Zimmer( im Sommer schön kühl) im untersten Stockwerk von unserem Haus anbieten. Ruhig gelegen zum entspannen, aber auch mit Bus oder Zug schnell nach Berlin möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Your place in the Nature & close to the City

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

Apartment am Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Unser Gästezimmer ist besonders geeignet, um von hier aus mit dem Fahrrad, der Bahn, dem Auto oder auch zu Fuß Potsdam (und auch Berlin) zu erkunden. Sowohl der Filmpark Babelsberg als auch der gleichnamige Stadtteil sind interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

Derzeit mit längerem Fussweg - 500 m City-West/ Ost in nur knapp 20 (Zug) ♿️🧑‍🦯🦮🧏‍♂️ Es tut mir herzlich leid, meine Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, dennoch würde ich auf Anfrage alles tun, um Aufenthalte für jeden Menschen möglich zu machen! Renovated barn (loft) & small garden near Potsdam

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.

The quiet studio includes a single bed with freshly pressed linen and towels, WiFi, TV and lots of kitchen equipment for short and long stays. It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
