Holiday rentals with a patio in Dalaman

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

The apartment was very nice, convenient and clean. It was easy to get to the center by car. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient. Everything we might need was available in the house. In addition, Ms. Ayça responded quickly to all the questions I asked. Thank you for everything 😍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

Friendly and available host. Listing is as described. We were a family of two adults and two young children. The garden and pool are a plus. The children enjoyed feeding the cats. It felt like home. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed. Close to the city centre of Fethyie, but far from the crowds to rest and be quiet. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in this area

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

It was an extraordinary stay for us. It was nice to be in a quiet site, new and clean. We felt as comfortable as our own home. We are not looking for any other accommodation in Fethiye, we are very satisfied. We thank Mr. Fatih.

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Cenk and his wife Müge. The house is more beautiful and friendly than the pictures, you don't feel like a stranger, you feel like you are at home. I would like to say that if you don't have much to do around, if you just want to relax, Yeşilüzümlü is an ideal village. There is a market in front of the house, a bazaar on the upper street, it is really ideal for those looking for calmness. First of all, the hosts are very hospitable and the house is very friendly. I hope to go again as soon as possible

We spent 10 days at Thyme House and were immediately in love 😍 the house is really nice and clean. The view is simply fantastic, unbelievably great. We felt right at home, or rather, much better than at home. Hatice fulfilled all of our wishes. Important to know: the house is located directly in the mountains and you are in the middle of Turkish life. If you want to go to Göcek, you always have to drive down for 15 minutes. For us, that was just right because we love the peace and quiet and a breathtaking view is more important.

We felt in the comfort of our home. The house was clean and tidy. They met what we wanted instantly, we did not have any difficulties in communication. It was a peaceful house in the village with the smell of lemon blossom. Greetings to brother Bayram and his wife, the parents of our hosts. Very warm, helpful people. The house is in the middle of Dalyan and Sarigerme. I recommend it..

Mr. Ali was a perfect host. Villa Paris offers a magnificent privacy. It is a wonderful place for those who want to relax and seek peace. It is only 13 minutes away from Ortaca center. We recommend that you take precautions for flies and kitchen utensils in advance. Thank you for everything, Mr. Ali, hope to see you again.

Dear Sehri, Thank you for the nice accommodation. Everything was as expected: remote, quiet, in the middle of nature, the mountains and the sea as a view in combination was perfect. Pool was sufficient and clean, swam for hours. There were 2-3 restaurants nearby, run by locals: delicious and authentic. Nearby is Ölüdeniz and Kabak Bay. So overall, a perfect location for my holiday. I will recommend it😊

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs. Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi. There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car. The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off. Kalkan is lovely. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
