Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa and highly recommend this place! The villa was not only beautiful but also very clean and well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi made the vacation perfect. A special highlight was the great service from Ibrahim. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and was always available to make sure we were comfortable all around. Whether it was recommendations for restaurants or excursions, Ibrahim was always helpful and made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

I visited this property with my family. We had an enjoyable stay at this property and I would highly recommend. The property inside and out is in excellent condition which made our stay comfortable. The hosts are excellent and easy to speak with. Definitely will visit again.

We had our second stay four years apart. As usual, Mr. Necdet was kind and helpful. The house is the same as in the pictures. No problem in terms of privacy. Very close to the center of Kaş. It offers both a quiet evening and a lively night with its proximity to the center of Kaş.

A truly magical spot! We arrived with the fragrant orange trees in bloom! The villa is tastefully furnished, with special touches, such as the twin stone carved bathroom basins, the dreamy draped four poster bed and in room jacuzzi bath! We found the A101 superette and the bus stop to Fethiye very handy! With buses every 15 minutes! Thank you Senim and team for making our stay truly perfect!!

Nice comfy villa with everything necessary. Very friendly and responsive owner. However, check temperature carefully before choosing this variant as the pool might be too cold to use. Apart from that, strongly recommended.

Fantastic house is a dream room!The host was super nice and gave us a lot of help, and at the end, we introduced the charter driver! All the facilities in the house are very advanced and convenient, and the pool is super nice. I recommend staying here!!!

Home from home, lots of thoughtful things left for us on arrival in fridge, inflatables at the pool, washing powder etc- Fergal provided everything! This made it so easy for us. Thank you for late check outs too

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Hello, first of all, if you are a little nervous when you first check in, all your concerns will be seen when you see the house. It's a fabulous place to have a calm and peaceful holiday. Our host was caring and friendly to solve all the problems, we had no problems, but he would have solved it. The house and pool were smooth and clean. Everything written was available and more. Everything was intact and working. had internet wifi. they planted a garden next to the villa and it was nice to be able to get them as you want. there were fruit trees. air conditioning works two smoothly. You find what you are looking for 5 minutes away from the grocery store. 19 km to Kaş center Although there were greenhouses around, there were almost no mosquitoes. We stayed 5 days and we were very satisfied.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Filiz for her wonderful hospitality. We stayed in a villa with everything from A to Z. It was clean, peaceful and fun. There are plenty of tools in the kitchen. They have extras other than what they should be.(Spices-sugar-salt-turkish coffee) You will not want to leave this environment and go down to the city center, but if you still want to go, it is 10 minutes to Kalkan center. If I were to go back next week, I would still prefer the same place, I could never get enough. In addition, Ms. Filiz provides flexibility according to availability at the check-in time. We spent a wonderful week in Kadriye's house. The house is very cozy, carefully planned, located in the mountains, in a quiet and peaceful place away from the noisy city. The house is cool even in hot weather, there is a balcony overlooking the yard. We found the feeling of home in this place quite quickly, it was comfortable to sleep there, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, look at the stars at night. Kadriye is a very friendly host, welcomed us warmly, despite the fact that we arrived later than agreed at the beginning. Keep in mind that there are wild boars in the neighborhood that come out at night and wake up the local dogs, causing them to bark at night. But we got used to it from the second night. From the wishes: it would be great if the house had a little washing powder and cooking oil for frying - these are the things that you can buy only in large volumes, which you do not want to do on vacation. Thank you Kadriya for our wonderful vacation! We'd love to go back one day.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

We liked the house, it is beautiful, authentic, there are many bright details of pleasant eyes. There are air conditioning in the bedrooms, which saved a lot of time in the heat, as well as air conditioning in the living room, where we also spent a lot of time, the appliances that were used were working (washing machine, kettle, etc.), but upon arrival there was a smell of antiquity, which weathered overnight. Only one normally functioning shower, there were four of us, so we did not have to wait for a long time. There is an observation deck nearby, literally a 30 minute walk. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountain and the city. It is necessary to take into account the fact that it is difficult to get to it from the city without a car and when they ordered food to the house, all couriers could not find it immediately, so be prepared that you will have to communicate with them, and not always in English. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. In general, it's a pleasant feeling like a childhood that I came to visit my grandmother in the village. Thanks for the hospitality!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

The stay we made in March 2025 as a family was very peaceful. The garden forehead and the tiny park put in our baby were very enjoyable. We checked into a very stylish and immaculate house with a warm welcome. It was quite stylish, and convenient in the garden as much as the inside of the house. It was not bad to enjoy a hammock after swimming in your pool among the trees. The 😊house has everything you need. In terms of location, you can reach the shores of Fethiye and Oludeniz within 15 20 minutes by car. You can book your reservation with peace of mind and have a comfortable holiday.
