You can be sure our villa is clean and nice. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously with attention to detail and care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliance.The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower.

Situated in one of Fethiye’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, Avilia Suites is located next to the famous long promenade filled with restaurants, cafes, bicycle and jogging paths. This 70 square meter suite has 2 bedrooms, a living room, balcony with a hot tub and 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. 2nd living room(no door) has a sofa bed, a work desk and its own bathroom. The pool area and gym are shared with guests from other suites. This suite does not have a kitchen or cooking equipments.

There is a hot tub and gym in the loft. We have an 8-metre-long pool in our large garden. There is also a barbecue and a trampoline for children. The house has unlimited internet access.
